Step 9: After enable XML-RPC, I clicked the error msg ok and continue to Next. Then writer again tried to communicate with my blog and downloaded all the current theme files to my Local PC. This is really interesting. In writer, when writing new post, you will get flavor of your blog theme. The other thing is Image processing. You can insert Image, crop, resize from your local drive. Anyway, Writer then complete the configure process.
